According to Business Week, Springdale ranked in 2010 as "The #1 Place to Raise Your Kids" in the state of Arkansas for the second year in a row. Springdale almost looks like the America we knew back in the 1950's. So what is happening there that has driven one Dad of three to start a website and even post a small billboard ?
